Uelinton Manoel Pinto
Uelinton Pinto is a professor of Food Microbiology at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of São Paulo. His research focuses on food microbiology as well as the role of microbial interactions through quorum sensing in foods. He co-coordinates the Research Network on Brazilian Artisanal Cheeses (REPEQUAB).
