Simon Gregory
Simon Gregory leads the geomicrobiology research at the British Geological Survey. His current research interests include microbial aspects of radioactive waste disposal, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen storage, geothermal energy, biomining and methane cycling. He is just as likely to be found in hard hat and hi-vis gear with a spanner in his hand as he is to be found in a laboratory with a lab coat and pipette.
