Alline Artigiani Lima Tribst

Alline Tribst is a Food Engineer with a master’s, PhD, and postdoc in Food Technology from UNICAMP. She coordinates the Center for Food Studies and Research (NEPA) at UNICAMP, focusing on new product development and emerging technologies in food. With over 100 publications, she collaborates widely and is the editor-in-chief of Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional.
